Is my data protected?
Your documents and fax content are protected in transit and at rest, and access is tied to your authenticated account. See our Privacy Policy for the full details on what we collect and how it's handled.
What is the document vault?
The document vault is a secure archive of your faxes with an immutable audit trail, so you can see who accessed which document and when. It's included with the Business receive plan.
How long are my documents kept?
Documents you archive in the vault follow the retention policy you set. Fax history and metadata are retained with your account; you can delete documents you no longer need.
