Yes. In Settings → Integrations, paste your Slack or Microsoft Teams incoming-webhook URL. You'll get a message in your channel whenever a fax is received, delivered, or fails — including the AI summary for inbound faxes.
Yes. Add a generic webhook URL in Settings → Integrations and FaxDash will POST a JSON payload for each fax event. That works with Zapier (Catch Hook), Make (Custom Webhook), or any tool that accepts incoming webhooks.
Yes. Create API keys in Settings → Integrations → API Keys and use the REST API to send faxes, check status, and manage contacts programmatically. Keys use the fxk_ prefix and are stored hashed for security — copy a key when you create it, as it isn't shown again.
