Can I fax every document needed for a closing?

Not necessarily. Lenders, title companies and jurisdictions have different requirements. Use FaxDash only when the intended recipient accepts the document by fax.

Can I scan documents while visiting a property?

Yes. The mobile app can scan paper documents for faxing. Check image quality, page order and the recipient details before you send.

Do I need to pay monthly to send?

No. Sending uses credit packs with no expiry. Receiving faxes on a dedicated number requires a subscription.

Does FaxDash provide notarization or closing services?

No. FaxDash is a fax transmission service. It does not notarize documents, perform a closing or guarantee that a document meets a lender’s requirements.
