How do I sign in or reset my password?
Sign in with Google, Apple, or email. If you use an email and password and forget it, use the “Forgot password” link on the login screen to reset it.

Can I save frequently used fax numbers?
Yes. Save recipients to Contacts so you can pick a number instead of typing it each time.
How do I get notified about faxes?
Enable push notifications in the app to know instantly when a fax is delivered or a new fax arrives. You can also turn on fax-to-email to have inbound faxes forwarded to your email.
My fax keeps failing — what should I check?
Confirm the destination is a fax number (not a voice line), that the document isn't password-protected, and that you have enough credits. A fax marked Failed didn't reach the recipient — verify the number and resend.
